Before attempting this installation
If you have already inserted the dongle into the computer, remove it and reboot the computer first. This is important
The file you will download below is the entire contents of the Stitch Sew CD. This file is Zipped You Must Unzip (extract) the contents of the zip file before attempting the installation.

You will need your product installation code prior to starting, this was sent to you on the second CD (Companion CD) |
If you do not have this CD you can likely download your install code by clicking >>> Here <<<

Download and Save the file below, DO NOT select Open, You must Save the file
Go to wherever you downloaded the file. Most commonly this will be your Downloads folder
Right Mouse click on the file and select "Extract" or "Unzip" depending on your computer setup
Follow the wizard instructions until it is complete
In the Unzipped folder you will find the file SNSSetup, Run this file
Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation

Click Here to Download This is a zip file, you MUST download and SAVE the file to your computer, After it has been saved you must extract the files. If you attempt to run the zip file you will get and error

Consider ordering a new Cd if this sounds more complicated than you want to attempt.
