Use these buttons to align multiple selected objects. You can align objects to the left, right, top, bottom and to the horizontal or vertical center. These buttons are described in more detail in the Tool bars section
Distribute This function will distribute a selection of 3 or more objects evenly either horizontally or vertically. At least 3 objects must be selected in order to use this function
Group Use this function to group multiple selected objects. Groups can contain any types of stitches, Groups are different than combined blocks which can only contain stitches of the same kind. (All Run , or All Complex Fill etc..) Grouped items act as a single item in the sequence view so they can be reordered, moved, resized etc.. as a single unit. You can also rename grouped items in the sequence view by long left clicking the Group name, the name will change to an edit box wehere you can rename the group

Shaping
Use these functions to apply shaping transformations on two selected objects. The transformations that can be applied is Trim, Weld and Intersect. Some selections can only be applied to Complex fill shapes
In this example we have 2 complex fill shapes that overlap, when applying the different shaping tools you will get very different results
Trim This function removed the overlapping part from the lower level block
Weld This function combines both outlines into a single shape
Intersect This function eliminates all but the overlapped area
Combine This option joins individual objects into a single object. This is most often used to combine satin blocks into a common object such as a letter. Combined block will internally be converted into closest point connection. There will only be a single start and a single end point for all of the combined "branches" The CORE system will calculate the most efficient way through the object to the end point. You can only combine objects created with the same tool, For instance, you cannot combine satin blocks with run stitch blocks, You should use Group instead
Break Apart This option will "explode" a combined block into its original branches
Distribute
Use these functions to distribute Horizontal or Vertical spacing between objects. At least three objects must be selected.
